Estimates are estimates

Nothing on this website is a binding offer, a fixed price, or a contract. Pricing depends on the property, access, the volume of material and site conditions, which is why we walk every job before quoting. A price becomes binding only when it is given to you in a written estimate that we have signed, and accepted by you.

Information on this site

We keep the service descriptions, service areas and contact details accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything is complete or error free, and we may change any of it without notice. Service availability varies by town and by season.

Photography

Photographs used on this site are licensed stock images that illustrate the type of work described. Unless a photo is captioned as one of our own projects, it is not a photograph of a job performed by D&N Site Development. Full credits are on the credits page.

Licensing and insurance

Work is performed under the licences and insurance required for the trade and municipality concerned. We will provide current certificates on request before work starts.

Your submissions

When you submit the estimate form, give us accurate information and only submit details for a property you own or are authorised to act for. Do not use this site or its forms to send unlawful, abusive or automated content.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, logo and design of this site belong to DN Site Development or its licensors. You may view, download and print pages for your own use in evaluating our services. Do not republish or resell the content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in these terms affects the terms of a signed work contract between us, which govern the work itself.
