Send the details and we'll come price it — no charge, no obligation.
These two go together more often than people expect. Take a structure out and you're left with a hole, a slab, or bare subsoil that won't grow anything. We finish the job properly: demo it, haul it, backfill it, and bring in screened topsoil so the area actually blends back into your yard.
Our topsoil is screened, not scraped-and-dumped, so it spreads clean and seeds evenly. Fill, sand and stone are available by the yard on the same delivery.

We confirm what's coming out or how many yards are going in, check truck access, and give you a written price including disposal or delivery.
Utilities are marked and cut safely, and we protect driveways, lawn and neighboring property before anything comes down.
Structures come down in a controlled sequence and get loaded out; material deliveries are dropped exactly where you want them.
Voids get backfilled and compacted, topsoil goes down, and the area is graded smooth and ready to seed.
We walk your property, price the job in writing, and the number we quote is the number you pay.
One contractor, own equipment, written prices, and a phone someone actually answers.
We walk the property, price it in writing, and the number we give you is the number you pay. No charge to find out.
Clear, demo, grade, base and pave under one contractor — no waiting on a second trade or refereeing between them.
We're not renting by the day or subbing out the heavy work, so schedules hold and pricing stays honest.
Licensed and insured for residential and commercial work — certificates available on request before we start.
Haul-off and legal disposal are itemized in the estimate. Nothing gets piled at your tree line and forgotten.

Roughly: one cubic yard covers about 100 square feet at 3 inches deep. For a 1,000 sq ft area at 3 inches you'd want about 10 yards. Tell us the area and the depth and we'll do the math on the estimate — over-ordering is wasted money and under-ordering means a second delivery fee.
Fill dirt is structural — it goes in holes and under grade to build elevation, and it isn't meant to grow anything. Topsoil is the organic layer that goes on top for lawn, garden and planting. Big elevation changes usually want fill first, topsoil last.
Yes. There are two approaches: a partial removal, where the pool is broken up, drainage-punched and backfilled, and a full removal, where the entire shell leaves the property. Full removal costs more but avoids future settling and disclosure issues when you sell. We'll price both.
Yes — dumpsters, hauling and tipping fees are itemized in your written estimate. Everything goes to a licensed facility. You won't get a separate disposal bill after the fact.
Most New Jersey townships require a demolition permit for permanent structures, and utility disconnect sign-offs before work starts. Small non-permanent sheds are often exempt. We'll tell you which bucket your project falls in and coordinate with your township.
Most topsoil & demolition jobs pair with one of these. Bundling them into one mobilization is cheaper than hiring twice.
